The program consist of two workshops, MINDFUL BODY and NATURE EXPERIENCE, that are intended to raise your awareness of the Body and develop your connection to Nature.
If you have acces to suitable locations, you can also host a workshop.
Workshops are held in co-creation with the partcipants and our natural surroundings.
We aim to align with sustainable ways of being, moving and relating.
Methods in bodyawareness, concious movement and breathing.
The Mindful Body program includes a mix of techniques to bring awareness the whole body. With practises in yoga, mindful walking, creative and intuitive dancing, daoistic energywork, qigong and challenging work-outs we give our bodies the attention needed to establish a listening mode. When we integrate our minds into our movements and sensations, we will find more space and presence.
Guided invitations to explore yourself in relation to Nature.
In this program I teach methods to open up your senses, tune into the flow and feel supported by Nature. Meditations, movement explorations and personalized instructions are provided.
Practises that are intended to establish a relationship to Nature, combines well with the Mindful Bodyawareness practises. There will be time for reflections and open inquires.
